The Core Idea
Problem
Traditional property management systems often suffer from inefficiency, lack of role-based functionality, and fragmented communication. Property managers struggle to coordinate tasks among cleaning crews, suppliers, and tenants, leading to delays, missed information, and reduced tenant satisfaction. Recognizing this gap, Dorian Flowers envisioned an intuitive solution that could centralize property management processes while catering to the unique needs of every stakeholder.
Our Approach
Dorian Flowers partnered with Doerz to bring Recsy to life, by focusing on designing a platform that simplifies and enhances day-to-day property management operations. We embraced an agile development methodology and the team was able to iterate rapidly based on real-world feedback. This approach ensured that Recsy evolved into a responsive, user-centered solution that improves collaboration, boosts operational efficiency, and provides clarity in communication across all roles.
